new product and a giveaway

I let the Etsy shop sell out one final time of the Valentine garlands... which means I am done with those.  They were fun to make and I was BLESSED to have made and sold well over 100 Valentine garlands in just a few short weeks.  But, along with being very thankful for that, I'm sure you can imagine why I am also a little ready to be done with Valentine's day creations.  

Over the past few months... pretty much from Halloween until now, I have been making garland and banner after garland and banner.  They were hot sellers for all the various holiday seasons.  Due to all those garlands and banners being made... the bows and flowers, especially the flowers got lost in the mix.  With the new year came re-thinking my lines and I knew I wanted to still make hair accessories along with garlands, but I also knew I didn't want as much variety as I have had in the past.  I knew I wanted things to be streamlined in my shop.  So I began playing around with some of my past flower creations, but was wanting a little bit of a fresh look to an old design. And with that I came up with these little felt cuties, which are called Blooms.

Blooms measure approximately 2 1/2 inches in diameter.  The flowers are hand created from felt and then added to two little felt leaves.  They can be attached to one of many choices: alligator clip, snap clip, french barrette, brooch pin, skinny white elastic headband or a skinny black elastic headband.

 When I made felt bows for Christmas I received many inquiries about felt bows in other(non Christmas)colors.  I figured now was the best time to start carrying felt bows in all the same colors as the Blooms.  These new felt Bows measure approximately 3 3/4 inches long and 2 1/2 inches tall.  Just as the Blooms, Bows can be attached to all the same things I mentioned above.

At this moment you can find Blooms and Bows in the Etsy shop in all of these eight colors.  I do already have several new colors in the works.  You should be able to find new colors listed in the shop within the week.  Yay!  I love new and fresh!
